He then trains them in recruitment skills, from research, sourcing, and screening to shortlisting apt candidates for the hiring mandates.
Sabareesh's approach to recruitment is not just about filling a position but finding the right candidate from the right source. Sabareesh's pharmacy and business administration education from Sri Ramachandra University and Anna University has provided him with a strong foundation for his work. He is also on the Board of a pharmaceutical company in Sri Lanka.
But the endeavour to pursue an optimal work-life balance sees him enjoying long drives, during which he spends quality time with family and friends. Exploring new business avenues is also his passion.

Carmel's cross-border search assignments for clients in the Middle East, USA, and Bangladesh were strategically tailored to suit local approaches to search projects and candidate marketplaces. Apart from establishing systems and processes for Prometo's operations, Carmel's responsibilities include talent acquisition and management, branding, and marketing. Carmel holds a bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from Women's Christian College, Chennai, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Symbiosis University, Pune.
Her interests outside of work include exploring new tourist spots and fine dining establishments and engaging in recreational activities with her friends and family.
